Today we mourn the death of the much loved Leonard Nimoy.

At 83, he had appeared in 40 movies since playing Chief in the 1951 comedy, Queen for a Day, and 43 TV shows since playing Julius Carver in the 1954 The Big Boys episode of Dragnet.

He died early this morning due to complications from chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD).
